Royal Plaza Retirement Center is a part of Evergreen Living Centers, Inc. Our corporate office is located in Monroe, Washington and provides support services to seven facilities in Washington and Idaho.

Royal Plaza is centrally located in North Spokane with easy access to hospitals, doctor’s offices, dining, shopping, parks, city transit and hotels. We offer independent retirement living at Lyons Court and assisted living at Wedgewood Plaza.

Lyons Court supports an independent lifestyle within a secure community. Apartment options include one and two bedroom units and one penthouse suite.

The Wedgewood Plaza offers 86 assisted living apartments. Our assisted living community reflects a new and exciting trend with a transitional level of care between independent retirement and the need for nursing care. We are able to offer that extra assistance to our residents while they maintain their privacy and independence in a tasteful atmosphere.

Our sister facility, Royal Park Care Center is just blocks away. Royal Park offers skilled nursing and rehabilitation services. We are able to transition our residents from independent, to assisted care, to skilled nursing.
