Lyons Court at Royal Plaza is designed to encourage seniors to live their retirement years as actively and independently as possible.
At Royal Plaza there are no expensive buy-in fees or leases, just a simple month-to-month rent covering:
- All utilities except telephone
- Security system
- In-room intercom and emergency call systems
- 24-hour staffing
- Cable TV
- Stacked washers and dryers
- Full-time Activities Director
- A monthly calendar full of interesting activities and excursions
Each unit in Lyons Court has a full kitchen. Your monthly fee also includes one meal each day, with the option of adding additional meals at a minimal charge.
Other optional amenities (subject to availability) include:

- Patios and balconies
- Gas fireplaces and vaulted ceilings
